I lost all my money when I withdrew the coins from yobit.net yesterday. I was told the the process of withdrawing was complete. But the coin did not show up in my wallet.
I left a message on their website searching for the support, no one reply.
The point is, you can deposit your money safely to their platform. You can exchange your money at their platform safely. You have the chance to lost all your money when you withdraw your money.
Any one got into this kind of trouble?
Any way I can get my money back?
Ive heard yobit was hacked too like etherdelta,are you sure you sent your funds to your wallet?maybe you sent it in other wallet or the currency isnt supported by your wallet. heard from where ? can you give me an official link from yobit about this hacked issue ? |
