Memang tidak sedikit yang menjadikan SFI hanya sebagai batu loncatan (push rank) karena memang cukup banyak merit source yang berasal dari SFI, apalagi dulu mod dbshck sangat aktif dalam memberikan merit. Sebenarnya mereka-mereka ya dulunya besar di SFI dan pada akhirnya memilih untuk lebih aktif diboard luar (setelah target rank mereka tercapai) tidak bisa disalahkan atas tindakannya tersebut, karena masing-masing individu bebas menentukan jalan yang mereka pilih.
Memang tidak bisa disalahkan dengan setiap individu masing - masing apalagi saat mereka berada di bounty dengan postingan lokal yang tidak dihitung, otomatis sebagian dari user SFI yang sudah memiliki rank tinggi fokus aktif di thread luar. Tetapi setidaknya ada balas jasa dimana dia dibesarkan sehingga menjadi level hero hingga legendary, setidaknya bisa aktif atau memberikan feedback ke sesama user SFI selama postingan yang dianggap bagus. Ibarat kacang lupa akan kulitnya, mungkin bisa jadi gambaran saat sudah sukses mendapatkan rank yang besar dengan feedback merit dari user SFI sekarang malah ikut membantu selain user SFI dan tidak kenal lagi dengan forum lokal. |

Intinya jika ingin bisa terus maju dan berkembang kita harus memiliki: - Niat dan Upaya - Mental yang kuat & siap menerima kritik (jangan baper dan mudah tersinggung) - Menghargai argumen orang lain (namun agan bisa membantahnya jika memiliki pandangan yang berbeda) - Membantu sesama member (terlebih jika agan sudah beranjak senior) Poin yang sangat bermakna harus diadopsi terutama bagi pemula yang baru kenal dengan forum ini, kalau saya pribadi langsung mengecek history akun yang memiliki potensial bagus dari segi kualitas postingan. hal ini biasa terlihat pada akun yang memiliki nilai atau poin merit yang cukup banyak. Saya mencoba mengecek trek atau history postingan mereka dan bisa melihat bagaimana kisi - kisi sebuah postingan yang berkualitas, selain itu saya juga sedikit belajar grammar dari postingan akun tersebut jika membuat post di forum luar. Mungkin saat ini agak segan untuk menanyakan langsung ke orang yang bersangkutan, tetapi saya rasa mengecek history postingan akun yang bagus salah satu opsi yang sangat tepat. |

Saya sangat paham dengan situasi seperti ini terutama agan @joniboini yang saat ini sudah jarang aktif dengan berbagai kesibukan, namun poin yang ingin saya tegaskan kebanyakan yang sudah mencapai level hero ke atas sudah jarang aktif di forum SFI, tetapi mereka aktif di forum luar berbeda dengan saudara @joniboini yang saat ini tidak terlalu aktif. benar sekali, Ane tdk menyindir siapa-siapa, tapi itu yang ane lihat beberapa tahun belakangan. kalau memang benar-benar tdk aktif tdk masalah, inikan mereka-mereka ini msh aktif dan bergabung ke signature campaign, hanya saja tdk ngepost lagi di SFI sejak ranknya sudah tinggi. dulu ketika masih newbie aktif banget (nyari merit?), setelah di rank full dapat signature, menghilang tanpa jejak di SFI. (tapi ya sudah itu hak masing-masing)
Nah poin ini sangat menggambarkan sekali apa yang saya maksud, karena saat masih level atau rank akun kecil sangat aktif di forum lokal namun setelah rank dan jumlah merit tercapai seolah - olah tidak membutuhkan forum lokal sama sekali, terpelas ikut signature yang tidak menghitung postingan di thread lokal, tetapi setidaknya sehari ada satu atau dua postingan ataupun seminggu ada 1 postingan di forum lokal. Ada sebagian member SFI yang seperti itu, biasanya pas akun masih level kecil dari Newbie, Jr, hingga Full Member lebih aktif di forum lokal. Namun saat akun sudah memiliki rank lebih tinggi sudah jarang aktif di forum lokal, bahkan sekedar satu postingan setiap minggunya sangat jarang. Pastinya ada gal seperti yg agan katakan karena ada akun newbie akhir2 ini aktif di forum dan postingannya bisa dikatakan cukup bagus dibandingkan dengan level akun dia miliki. Nanti juga pas sudah memiliki level atau rank tinggi mulai jarang aktif di forum SFI. |

Now I think that Inter are much stronger with the Lukaku transfer. Even if it is a loan deal I see it as good for them. Because I remember the season Conte's Inter had and won the Serie A title.
