Pihak kedua menitipkan uang ke pihak pertama untuk dikelola, artinya dia tau uang dia dipakai untuk apa, sehingga tidak ada kewajiban pihak pertama untuk mengembalikan jika uang itu habis karena rugi. Kalau sistem dan model rugi dan untung ditanggung bersama mungkin pihak yang meminjamkan agak sedikit dirugikan, bahkan bukan sistem atau model pinjaman ini namanya. Yes, Juventus coach need to do everything possible to improve the team because their performance was very poor in this season. Juventus management need to buy some new strikers and defenders because those are the areas that can make the team to function well as before when Cristiano Ronaldo was still in the team.
