1961  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: cryptocurency is real money real asset but why not insured? on: September 26, 2020, 01:27:45 PM
I wonder if cryptocurrencies have insurance, because a decentralized investment like cryptocurrency will not have insurance.
Because as we know the freedom to manage our own finances, it does not require insurance. All risks that occur are the
responsibility of the cryptocurrency owner. Therefore, many people who are new to cryptocurrency are hesitant to invest.
But if we study cryptocurrency properly, there is nothing to be afraid of.
1962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if you invested a $1 in Bitcoin every day for 5 years on: September 25, 2020, 10:48:01 PM
I honestly like your idea of investing in Bitcoin, it sounds easy to do. But believe in me, to invest $ 1 in Bitcoin every day
for 5 years it takes a strong commitment. I believe most people are only able to do this for a few months. Because I myself
have tried this and only lasted 2 months. Because when in practice there are many obstacles, not to mention the transaction
fees that must be paid on a daily basis make investing in this way less effective.I prefer to do it every month rather than every day.
1963  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: September 25, 2020, 01:45:37 PM
My analytical skills are not very good, so I decide which altcoins to invest in based on popularity and volume coins. From these two things,
it can be concluded that the altcoins are quite feasible for investment or not, if you are not sure you can see the social media, if the developer
team is still active. This is an indication that the altcoins are very potential for investment. Another thing you can consider whether or not
altcoins are worth investing in, is that they are listed on popular exchanges or not. If it turns out that the coins are listed on popular exchanges,
it is likely that the coins are profitable.
1964  Economy / Economics / Re: Rise in US unemployment. Thoughts? on: September 25, 2020, 09:57:34 AM
COVID-19 is the main cause of unemployment in America increasing, this of course must be resolved as soon as possible. If not, there will
be other problems that will have a bad impact on the American economy. The first step provides a stimulus to the unemployed to buy daily
necessities. Because if a lot of Americans go hungry it will make crime increase. After that the American government slowly reopened several
business sectors that could increase state income. Actually, the two steps that I mentioned have already begun to be taken by the American
government, unfortunately according to the news I have read, there are still people of America who violate health protocols, so the spread of
the corona virus continues to increase.
1965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What the future holds for bitcoin on: September 25, 2020, 07:50:31 AM
I believe Bitcoin can become a global currency in the future, not to replace fiat. But as an alternative payment option,
therefore investing in Bitcoin is very profitable. Can be a lesson for all of us when Bitcoin was first started trading,
the price is very cheap. But looking at Bitcoin price today which reached $ 10,600 then Bitcoin future is very bright.
My advice is to collect Bitcoin from now on if you want to become a millionaire.
1966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Police Raids and kids involving spider betting. on: September 24, 2020, 10:19:25 PM
Usually kids do gambling like spider betting not to get money, but for fun. I am actually very worried that the spider betting
incident by kids could become a new spread of the corona virus. Because surely these kids violate health protocols, such as
not wearing masks or not doing social distancing. Fortunately the police were able to arrest the kids. Hopefully, after being
returned to their parents, these kids  can be closely monitored by their parents, so they don't repeat it again.
1967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you going to buy into these high rising defi coins now? on: September 24, 2020, 08:52:34 PM
I'm sure no one will know when DeFi tokens will go up to all time high again, that's why investing in crypto has a high risk.
Of course I also want to feel the hype that's going on at DeFi tokens, then I will invest in some DeFi tokens. Like DIA, COMP,
LEND and LINK. Because I still believe the DeFi trend will continue until next year.
1968  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: September 24, 2020, 08:43:09 AM
Buy and hold is not the best trading strategy in crypto. Because this strategy usually takes a relatively long time to generate profits.
But buy and hold is the safest strategy to use, especially for newbies who don't have good analytical skills. using a buy and hold
strategy is the right choice.
1969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for salary on: September 24, 2020, 03:38:46 AM
In my opinion Bitcoin for salary only applies in countries where cryptocurrency is legal. But legalizing as a whole is not only legal
as a digital asset, because in my country Bitcoin is prohibited as a payment. Including salary payments, not allowed in Bitcoin.
I also believe that there are still very few companies that pay their employees in Bitcoin. It's not because the price of Bitcoin is volatile,
but it's a lack of education that makes a lot of people don't know the basics about Bitcoin. If the number of Bitcoin users around
the world is large, it is likely that many companies are paying salaries in Bitcoin.
1970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling sites should be careful of bringing eSports in on: September 23, 2020, 10:08:15 PM
The only issue I can see with this is the possible effect of esports for minors to gamble. Most of the systems and gambling sites at this time have good regulation already to avoid this kind of scenario to happen. In addition, minors have their parents to remind and supervise them to avoid gambling.

Though, minors IMO even without gambling sites could already be expose to gambling through the game itself. Most of the games uses credits for skins and usually, good skins comes from the raffle. Thus, exposing them to implicit gambling already.
But still, the gambling site has a problem to detect their visitor, whether they are kids or they are adult people.
Kids can visit on the gambling site without their parents know what they do, and the kids can play gambling secretly.
That is a job for the parents to watch out their kids before it's too late.
So besides parents need to take care of their kids, they also need to check on the kid's mobile phone to see what game they played.
If the kids want to buy something from the game, we should remind them that they don't have to buy anything.

It is true that it is very difficult for gambling sites to know the real age of the users without KYC procedures. Even some gambling sites
have brought esports in, which I am afraid of children who used to play esports so they can access gambling sites. Moreover, millennials
are now smarter than their parents in terms of technology, so if not supervised and restricted by parents when accessing the internet and
playing games, it allows children to access and play gambling secretly. The role of parents is very vital, usually, as a parent, I accompany
my child when they access the internet, to ensure that my child doesn't access gambling sites.
1971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of social media channels on: September 23, 2020, 11:01:06 AM
I agree that social media channels are very important to get vital information, especially the bounty payout whose schedule changes
frequently, so it is very important to get updates from social media channels. Another thing that we can get from social media channels
is as an assessment of the bounty projects that scams or not. If the bounty projects have active social media channels, chances are the
projects are real and legitimate.
1972  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices doubled this year on: September 23, 2020, 07:40:11 AM
Actually, the food prices have not increased significantly in my country, but due to the impact of COVID19 which caused many people
to lose their jobs, that is what makes many people unable to buy food. Fortunately the government in my country is moving fast enough,
by providing a lot of assistance to people affected by COVID19. Although some assistance was uneven and not well targeted, but I must
give appreciation to the government's efforts. Hopefully a vaccine can be found soon, so the world economy can return to normal.
1973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Betting on bitcoin against Central Bank Digital Currencies on: September 22, 2020, 08:20:06 PM
Due to the lack of education about Bitcoin, surely more people will listen to the government and choose to accept CBDC than Bitcoin.
Something like that will happen, because the fact that supporting Bitcoin will always be a minority. But the crypto community will
without a doubt be betting on Bitcoin directly instead of CBDC. Because Bitcoin is decentralized which makes it different from fiat,
but the fact is that few people really understand about decentralization. So in the end even though the crypto community supports
and like Bitcoin, but many people will still use CBDC.
1974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do think about skill games? on: September 22, 2020, 03:23:53 PM
For me who is used to playing traditional slots, of course I think playing skill games is more complicated. Because it's not like
traditional slots where we can enjoy playing more, for me playing skill games is like getting pressure. And also skill games must
have a strategy that requires skills to be able to win games. So I prefer traditional slots, for me it's more fun and comfortable
playing gambling that doesn't require skills.
1975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 10 alts under $0.10 that can go 100x on: September 21, 2020, 10:08:23 PM
Lots of altcoins under $ 0.1 have the potential to go up by as much as 100x. Everyone must have a different choice of coins,
and that's not a problem. Because everyone is free to choose coins that are considered profitable, then my choice is to invest
in TRX, AOA, VEX, DOGE and MBL. That is the choice of coins that will go up 100x in the future in my opinion.
1976  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Legit trading courses on: September 21, 2020, 03:12:15 PM
With technological advances that are increasingly rapid and also the increasing popularity of cryptocurrencies,
it is not difficult to find a legit trading course. But my advice is to use platforms that provide trading courses for
free, because it's not too difficult to learn to trade. We don't need to spend large amounts of money just to be
able to learn to trade. Usually I learn to trade from the YouTube platform, because it is a very complete video
related to trading on the YouTube platform.
1977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why has no-one done a crypto Ebay? on: September 21, 2020, 07:05:41 AM
Everyone will complained if make transactions with large fees, To my knowledge, buying goods using Bitcoin on online
sites has a fairly large fee. Unfortunately, very few online stores accept Bitcoin payments. it's not that they don't want
to accept Bitcoin payments, but some of its governments prohibit using cryptocurrency for payments. But we must be
optimistic that there will be many online sites in the future that will legally accept Bitcoin payments.
1978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Miami Dade to open Casinos and Restaurants for the third time. on: September 21, 2020, 04:29:39 AM
As we all know the number of the spread of COVID-19 in America is still quite high, So it will happen several times the casino there closes
and reopens. So it is not surprising that there are casinos that have opened their business  three times.Because there must be an agreement
with the government if a casino is found to have a new COVID-19 spread cluster, it must be temporarily closed. Indeed, this annoys gamblers
when playing gambling, and will definitely make casino income decrease. But in my opinion, the policies carried out by the American government
regarding casinos are very appropriate to prevent the spread of the virus.
1979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another DeFi exit scam just made off with $20M in investor funds on: September 20, 2020, 11:49:43 PM
Scammers always take advantage of any situation to commit fraud, What happened to DeFi, which has seen a lot of scams lately,
is very detrimental to investors. Therefore, with the hype that occurred on DeFi projects this year, scammers are interested in taking
advantage of this situation. So we must always be careful in choosing DeFi projects for investment, because not all DeFi projects are
necessarily profitable.
1980  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid 19 shows how weak People are in the it mind on: September 20, 2020, 11:02:44 PM
I agree that in a situation like now, don't complain too much, that there we can become stressful and will make our immunity decrease.
That way the virus will easily enter our bodies, we must always be optimistic and take advantage of situations like now as opportunities.
We can make a lot of money, if we can think creatively in situations like now. I think the current situation is the best time to invest,
because almost all assets have decreased in price.
