You are absolutely welcome, it a good thing you are a newbie here but you are not new to bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large. With that I believe you will find a lot of things here more easy and interesting. You should know by now that bitcoin requires dedication, patience, hard work, research and many more, so this forum here is of no difference. To archive success here you need to be dedicated to this forum, show members in this forum that you have a skill you can share. You also need to make research about a lot things about cryptocurrency so at least when other members in the forum are discussing about certain thread you can also chip in. There are a lot more of things you can do to archive success here. Just keep touring the forum and ask questions where you seem lost.

You are welcome again to the biggest and most Active bitcoin forum you will ever. Will keep an eye on you for I have a feeling you will do great in this forum.

I'm very much interested in this, been using electrum wallet for a while now and haven't seemed to observe this feature. Would you please specify the wallets that incorporates this feature and how to locate it.
To select which UTXO(s) you want to to be used for your transaction, you should go to "Coins" tab.
If you don't see the "Coin" tab, click on "View" at top the window and check "Coins".

Secondly, I have the intention of consolidating all my UTXO's to a single one in my wallet. Normally, I send them to my second wallet to consolidate it and pay a fee in the process. Is it possible to merge them all into a single UTXO in the same wallet?.
You can make your transaction to any address you want.
To make the consolidation transaction to the same wallet, just use one of the addresses of your wallet as the receiving address.

Take note that it doesn't matter whether the receiving address belongs to the same wallet or a different wallet. You have to pay the transaction fee.

So what was the actual problem, op? was it truly because setting up 2fa wasn't working for you? or glitch on cool down period? sitting down for 3 and 1/2 hours is rough lol

I personally think mandatory 2FA is a pretty great move to implement considering the rampant account hacks but of course, it has to be working smoothly to not inconvenience your users.

The problem was I needed the money and couldn't get it. But that's over now.
I really appreciate all the help. If it wasn't for you guys, I would've never known to insist with the automated support to finally get to a human csr. But in any case, if a user has to waste 3 1/2 hours of their time to solve their BS, it's time to rethink a few things. I think Binance is getting too big for their own good.

Even opening an off-topic discussion in a section dedicated to Bitcoin is a matter of common sense, or giving merit to your alternate account, or cheating, or getting a non-collateral loan from another user, or posting dirty links. These are all matters of common sense. So, if you'll just use common sense you're good here.
In fact, everything you mentioned is currently still being done by new members and even those who have been on the forum for a long time. it's not that they don't have common sense. those who violate it may think it is normal and they can do it. or they really don't know because they didn't read it all. Therefore, it is also important to inform beginners about such things.
OP did a good thing by actually asking. and hopefully OP can read further to prevent herself from experiencing bad things in the future.

1. Knowledge about Bitcoin and investment.
Now that you have join this forum it will help you to know everything about Bitcoin and how to invest and how you can also make profit from Bitcoin investment. Through this forum you will know a lot of things about cryptocurrency.
Welldone you have put in great efforts to write this. However in my estimation, I just want to say that you cannot learn everything about Bitcoin on the forum. The forum is too small for one to learn everything about Bitcoin here. What I believe though is that the forum and the knowledge shared about Bitcoin here will provide the foundation for the curious mind to go down the bitcoin rabbit hole.
I would also want to mention that not everything you see on the forum that you'll believe totally. Forum is made up of people and humans make mistakes sometimes. Also some knowledge can be outrightly outdated by the time you had access to it.

Always validate information. Do your research and be updated with the most recent and efficient information which is readily available over the Internet.  The forum has Lots of benefits also from training you to make constructive, well formatted posts, how to take feedbacks with optimism, being immune to criticisms and how to make meaningful contributions both here in the forum and outside forum activities.

You are welcome. So succeed here it's pretty simple. All you have to do is follow the rules to the latter. Contribute positively to discussions that go on here and assist other new bees to Bitcoin with what whatever questions they may have that you have the answer or experience in. Overall the respectful of others and read more than you create new topics at least for the time being onto you find your way around the forum.
Thank you so much Sir, I will really try my best to make sure I maintain the rules and regulations that governn this noble only community of Bitcoin. But if I may ask, please are the rules of this forum, because from what I was told, I was told this forum has zero tolerance for content plagiarism, and as such, I will be very glad to know more, so that I don't fall victim tomorrow. Thank you Sir

I think the official and unofficial rules are more or less made out of common sense. Plagiarism, for example, is unacceptable everywhere. We're taught about giving credit to the rightful owner since we're little kids. Spamming is also something we know from common sense to be unreasonable. The same is true with threatening somebody or cursing others. These are all unacceptable even outside this forum.

You don't have to spend all the UTXOs you have to make a transaction.

Let's say you have 2 UTXOs and they are both assosicated with the same address.
One is worth 0.2 BTC and the other one is worth 0.3 BTC. If you want to make transaction paying 0.1 BTC, you can use each of UTXOs you want. You can also use both UTXOs.
I'm very much interested in this, been using electrum wallet for a while now and haven't seemed to observe this feature. Would you please specify the wallets that incorporates this feature and how to locate it.
