Just add some satoshis (or more, up to you) to my beautiful vanity address [1ELECeJompinDox61L73eAUyaWpe3Q5HZB], as to round it up to a "staircase" number
(each digit must be >= the previous one, and the last 4 digits must be each equal
to the previous +1: such as 0.003456, 1.2345, or 1.34567)

As soon as there is 48h without new TXs, the last sender gets it all!
(up to a potential maximum of 19.999 BTC - I get to keep the remainder if ever
there is more)

Current value in the address: 0.024999
 (can be checked here)

So for example, if you send 0.000679, that would round the address balance off to 0.025678 which obeys the rules above and makes it a valid bonus that is paid out to you.

Do provide a BTC address so I can make the payout to the winner!

Seems like you could quite easily just add 20 BTC as the round is ending and then keep whatever anyone has sent. Why don't you just take 1% and remove all potential for abuse?

This cheat wouldn't work as any BTC added must be also announced in this thread. Unless you mean something else?
