remember that paypal transaction can be reversed so only buy from trusted seller and always use escrow to complete the trade

The current value of 0.34BTC is ~$78. The buyer will have to overpay about $12, which is a fee of about 15%. That is very high; I would definitely recommend for you to lower your fee.
