Bitcoin isn't too expensive. And what's the bother of buying altcoins when you'll convert it to BTC anyways, and that they're stable and not volatile.

Grin My guess would be that 95-99% of all altcoins created would die. Most people who create altcoins are in it for the money. But select few with active communities and developers would survive.

You can buy however many BTC you want. You can purchase items with BTC at the same price as with fiat

You can hype your coin without putting down others...
