Searching for the best translators is very simple. Anyone who matters in the translation business has a profile on Proz.com, the most important translation board. Therefore, check if they have a profile on Proz.com (profiles show also feedbacks from customers). If they don't, then they are either newbies who started out yesterday (to be avoided like poison, as they are total inexperienced) or wannabees who have no clue of what a translator's job is and how majorly important is his role in a company's success on local market. These people stupidly think that, just because they speak a foreign language, they can venture themselves in translating (an activity that requires extreme attention toward details and a deep knowledge of the subtleties both of the language you are translating from, as well as of language you are translating into).
That's hilarious (and Co)
I guess you'd better focus on your own expertise and "deep" knowledge first, before criticizing others - "total inexperienced", "wannabees", losing a couple of articles here and there, bad writing style and just crappy grammar ("both of the language you are translating from, as well as of language you are translating into"). Sorry, couldn't miss that piece (no one is perfect)
