Then you get the escrow
Here is a list of trusted escrows https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0 and I think SebastianJu is the only one that might help and if he doesn't I would suggest ignoring anyone who refuses to deal using paxful or Localbitcoin since most of them are scammers and know forum escrows won't agree to help you with reversible payment methods and use that excuse to get you to send first.

I don't use Skrill EUROS and that amount is too much for me, if it was neteller I would take it all.
Edit: It looks like Coinman found the only guy that will help you complete this trade and he might be available in an hour or so.

why is tihs coinman in every thread?

Looks sketchy over saturating a section in such a short span of time.
Wouldn't want to be part of it if it all goes south.

And any escrows who deal with paypal is going to hold the funds for the 180 days?
Or the seller of btc does not care if there is a dispute filed they would be long gone by then.
Dealing in this way does not make a whole lot of sense.

If you can fund your Neteller account with your Skril balance then I can help you.
