https://blockchain.info/blocks/BTCC%20Pool

From block 490606 till now - 490861  they seem to be only mining 1,000,000 byte blocks instead of the 4,000,000 weight block they were before!

Must be costing them 10% in mining fees!

Fees don't quite work that way as the fees get progressively smaller towards the end of the block and they're missing out on only the smallest 10% of the transaction fees. Nonetheless it is likely they screwed up and set maxblocksize again and forgot to set weight.

https://blockchain.info/blocks/F2Pool

F2Pool does not look much better either. A few blocks over 1000000 bytes, but only ever by very small amounts.

Take you point about it being the smallest 100k or so they are losing, but still about $400 per block. All for a wrong setting...
