Bitcoin dominated the crypto currency market with over 52% lead. there is no way litecoin can take all that from bitcoin rather bitcoin cash which is also  not going to happen.

Although Ethereum still takes the cake in the fundraising sphere, Litecoin has good chances of making it to one of the top three spots on the Bankex token sale list because of its speedily widening appeal and more affordable transfer costs. Between high demand as both an asset and as a currency, it behaves as a hybrid with much more potential longevity than its aging brother.

I think that litecoin has a chance.
But he clearly will not be able to overcome bitcoin or ethereum.
Yes litecoin will not surpassed other altcoins or rather bitcoin. We have already seen litecoin as the good coin but bitcoin already proves its value that it become rising all time high.
Bitcoin with already mined 16.743.237 of 21.000.000 coins is worth 18000 $.
Litecoin however, with the extracted 54,317,308 of 84,000,000 coins is $ 316
This is just one of the simplest examples, as soon as all the coins are extracted the price will grow.
Already in the wild this moment, one can say that both coins need to be purchased now, until it's too late

Although Ethereum still takes the cake in the fundraising sphere due to ERC20, Litecoin likely makes it to one of the top three spots on the Bankex token sale list because of its rapidly broadening appeal and more affordable transfer costs. Between high demand as both an asset and as a currency, it behaves as a hybrid with much more potential longevity than its aging brother.
