Too fee or not to fee, that is the question.

Quote
"Wire" transfers 0.01 <-> 10000 MU day:

1 Bitcoin = 70 MU;

System (time) : amount - fee = result
My bank (0.5 - 3 days) : 0.01 MU - 0 MU = 0.01 MU
Bitcoin (60 - ? minutes): 0.000142857 - 0.005 = -0.004857142 => Error

My bank(0.5 - 3 days): 10000 MU - 0 MU = 10000 MU
Bitcoin(60 - ? minutes): 142.8571429 - 0.005 = 142.8521429 => 9999.65 MU

How much time could take a transaction without fee?

Linux updated wallets (source code) for: ELC, BET, AMC, NKT, SLING, CRC,...
[if (blocknumber > 115000) maxblocksize=largerlimit]   [I don't think the threshold should ever be 0.  We should always allow at least some free transactions.]

Well mine go instantly. But I like to think of it as a 'tip' rather than a fee.

At the moment though, the 'tips' are less important while the high reward per block is about. Also, we're right before the difficulty rise for this 2 week period and as ASICs have been coming in steadily the last 2 weeks the block completion time is shorter than usual. So I'd say you should get it sent almost as fast if not as fast as if you paid a standard 0.001 fee.

standard 0.001 fee.

I think standard fee is 0.0005 BTC, seems low, but a normal day could take more than two hundred, thousand of buy-sell-transfer actions for a family.

200*0.0005 = 0.1 BTC
0.05 * 31 days = 3.1 BTC

For example, today prices 70€/88$, 217€/272$ month only in fees, this new format of "taxes".
Without fee very slow, with tax very expensive.

My pocket wallet has no fee, and time of confirmation is around 0.

The mining elite format.
The only thing that make this false, is the existence of another alternative currencies,...

"Wire" transfers 0.01 to 10000 MU day:

Quote
1 Bitcoin = 6300 MU;

System (time) : amount - fee = result
My bank (0.5 days) : 0.01 MU - 0 MU = 0.01 MU
Bitcoin (60 - ? minutes): 0.000001587 - 0.00158 = Error

My bank(0.5 days): 10000 MU - 0 MU = 10000 MU
Bitcoin(60 - ? minutes): 1.587301587 - 0.0045 = 1.582801587 => 9971 MU

Average user transactions day > 10 tx / day
Average bitcoin fee 0.0016 BTC result x10 = 0.016 BTC in fees.
Average salaries day ~0.013 BTC / day
