The possibility of free communication in real time, in parallel with the development of mobile technologies, led to seismic shifts in the society. Some of them are everyday, such as the ability of family and friends to connect to each other's activities. Some are more acute and significant, for example, using social platforms to organize protests and even revolutions. Google and Facebook are becoming providers of public services, providing people with the Internet. Facebook's initiative to provide communication to its users means that many equate social media with access to the Internet.
Another point - a significant part of social content consists of images, videos, emoji and hybrid visual forms. It has already been proven that this provides opportunities to overcome the barriers created by illiteracy.
