NEO is good but it is not as popular and well-developed as Ethereum. as an investor and trader, I would better choose ETH. Now is the best time to buy more of these altcoins.

I think it would be better to hold an ETH than NEO. See ETH's market value is much higher and demand is less and NEO's demand is somewhat lower. So, I think if you hold all the ETHs a lot more likely to profit.
