Stay calm, they had an issue 2-3 days ago, when withdrawals were stuck, but they've resolved it since, withdrawals work ok, well, I did one 3 hours ago, it was ok. Don't panic, give it a time. They do have growing pains, that's true, probably didn't expect so many users to hit them. Emailing support doesn't produce any answers back, that's true, so just wait it out a day or two.

Use Google translate or something to send your tickets in Chinese. Seemed to help with my stuck withdrawal from last week.

Good luck.

my question was more, if somebody ever got answer by email?
I never did.
The Site is too big (by Volume) to do this kind of ignorance.
But when i think about, Mt.Gox was the biggest Exchange and they did the same and never answered to me.

Only thing i can suggest that in the futur everybody should always made small test deposit important
small withdraw! when it works in the first run, it is likely it works with bigger amounts.
