All people are asking for is a bit of accountability and evidence as to who is behind the exchange. It is only fair given the repetitive scams that crop up all the time.

Until such evidence exists, I would not recommend sharing a cent with any company like this.

JonHind,

As we have mentioned many times before, we will have all information about our company listed on our website, we will also be actively public with interviews so people can get to know us. We have already a number of interviews that have been booked.

We understand the negativity shown by all of these previous Bitcoin Scams, we are The Ethical Exchange where there is transparency and no funny business.
All of our business practices, our funds in and out of the exchange have been dealt with by professionals, we have not spared a cent anywhere with our Exchange, and we are here for the long run.

Our Servers, Software, Security and everything that completes our Exchange is world class and nothing has been spared for the safety of our clients and our company.

What Exchange do you currently use and recommend JonHind?

Thank You.

None. I traded a lot on MtGox, but pulled out after the hacks and when MtGox continued to advertise on Bruce's show.

All my remaining bitcoins have been stored on an offline USB stick since then, and they will remain there until I find an exchange that has solid performance and accountability. Tradehill is looking good so far, but I'm waiting until the reported chargebacks start biting before I consider using the site.

I'm sorry if I sounded negative towards you. My words were more a warning to potential users of your site to not invest a cent until you have provided sufficient documentation and reassurances. Until that happens, everything you have written is just words. Words are meaningless.

I wish you the best of luck.

Crypto X Changer is a private Australian PTY LTD company

Awesome! Buying coins in Australia has been fairly difficult recently. I hope you can make the process less painful for us Aussies.

Good luck with your launch!

What would you consider sufficient documentation?

Crypto X Changer will change the future of Bitcoin Trading, Buying, Selling and Bitcoin Exchanges in general allowing for fast simple transactions and investments for users of any level of computer ability.

Crypto X Changer has so many features, never yet seen in the Bitcoin World, we cannot give details until the Exchange is Launched as we have spent and invested so much time in market research, research and development and massive infrastructure. Crypto X Changer is an Australian Owned and Opperated Registered Company.

There are so many features that the current Bitcoin Community will enjoy and also many features to enhance others that have not yet discovered Bitcoin to join the revolution with absolute minimum technical knowledge skills or abilities. Our aim is to be not only the largest world wide exchange but the best, by providing around the clock support, assistance and features we cannot mention until our Launch day in September. Be prepared to be excited! We will also have other new Digital Currencies added to our exchange as they become available.

Please note we will not be disclosing any of our additional & special features until our official Launch Day. We have many unique features that are not yet in the marketplace.

Somebody pass me the Jerkins.

If you would have spent $50 for a professional copywriter, I wouldn't be raising my red flag. It may pass the smell test for the average Joe, but for this community, I think not.

Personally, I would have written it in E-Prime.

Thanks for the feedback Phinneus. Getting advice prior to a site launching is invaluable.

Would a cookie for everyone who points out bugs and spelling mistakes be a good thing ? No one's time is free after all.

My bad, BitcoinMedia. I thought the landing page was their homepage, and opted to not visit their other pages which, now I learn, there weren't any. Therefore, I admit I passed premature judgement. But--I still feel it important that time is taken to have well-written copy. I'm not very good at writing, but recognize a poor writing style when I read it. I'm sure that a professional writer, like evoorhees, can even tell the ball park age of a writer simply by reading their copy.

I look forward to this launch and truly wish them well.

Considering the claim of 'ethical' in relation to the exchange run by Armitt family, I thought I'd link this here which seems to question ethics maybe: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2516.msg604783#msg604783

response to below: okay, my apologies

Mizerydearia - Ken bought those domains for Dave, so they're under a family domain account. Crypto X Change, as an organization, is not involved in anything "witcoin" related.

Please handle any issues or concerns directly with Dave.

Thanks,
