Sometimes buying dip is favourable and sometimes its not. When you buy the dip and it keepsgoing down it can discourage one from trading but dips bought and it revert back to to the top are good trades. All is risk you must be willing to take. There is gain if you don't take risks. Buy some dip and wait for green days.

Well for me is that i probably wait than to just buy it without a second thought, as you can see there are tons of people regretting that what has been done, and i don't want to be something like that, I probably risk the concept of which i can have a percentage of getting a huge loss, than to afford regretting the decision i made.

So yes i think the best applicable yet advisable for what i believe is to wait.
