It is advisable to be extremely careful when communicating with them because there is no way of knowing who owns the domain and what his motives are; there may be a phishing attack involved.

I'm impressed that quoinpro still exists. They have turned into a scam a few times already and are still trying to fool people. We have to admit that just as they are stable in scaming, they are even more insolent!

For me browser is showing their website as dangerous and although virustotal shows that there are no threats, I will not try to check again how they want to scam people this time.

I haven't received any emails from them recently, despit that I had Qoinpro account. Now I tried to login, but got message that email or password is wrong.
Well, $10 is already not bad, but I wouldn't put much expectations that they will really send it.

Actually I sent them an email some time ago asking about how to recover my account as I got the same error (wrong password) but I get no reset password link when I tried to do it with the forgot password feature. After several days I received an email about my balances as what I said previously.

Replied them with an address of my deposit address on a casino. Obviously, I do not expect the $10 to come but just trying to see whether they will send it or not.

2 weeks passed after I gave them my address but there is nothing come to my wallet till now. Surprisingly they are still regularly updating what is going on with them almost every day during this month (July). Latest update on their website as follow:
