Government departments can use blockchain technology to provide transparency and mitigate fraud in government agencies. And it is good to see that India is committed to this.

If a government wants a cryptocurrency for such a purpose, be sure that currency will be a centralized one which can no longer call cryptocurrency.

Man, I remember when it was the governments we were attempting to escape.

Crypto was created to liberate the individual. Decentralisation matters.
