Inserting images and banners in forum

Hello, i am newbie and i want to ask, why i can't insert images to show (preview) in my posts?
when i use [img] it just show it's link to imgru or imgbb.

And how i can post html/css banners  ?

Does it require BBCode or html/css!

It requires you to become a more advanced member on the forum (I think Jr) so you need to wait for your rank to increase. This can be done by gaining "activity points" by posting but they're limited to 14 per 2 week period and it'll take 3 of those periods to go from 0 to the required 30 activity.

Aside from getting a jr member rank that was mentioned above which require time (at least 1 month I guess) and a single merit, you can purchase copper membership to enable images on your posts

The formula for activity point (it is the 2 week period was mentioned by @jackg)

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Many old era Junior members were demoted to Newbies in June 2018, you have 2 merits and you have passed through the hardest challenge for newbies. Now, you can keep up your learning forum, bitcoin and try to help others if you can. Don't spam as it is the barrier from your side in ranking up progress.

You will be a Jr. member next 2 or 3 weeks. You created your account in March 2020 but did not make any post till the last week (3 Feb 2021).

The restriction on images were applied in 2017.

If you're referring to the type of "ads shown below the first post in each thread", then only theymos can include such ads ^{[on your behalf]} but you have to join the auction rounds, win a single slot ^{[at least]} and pay for it.
