I don't understand how exactly the bug works. According to OP, at least from what I get it, if he bet $2.00 and lose the bet, he'll lose $1.98, but according to HousebetsIo, he played risk free, which I perceived as if he bet $2.00 and lose the bet, his balance will still be exacatly the same? Which one is it?

I think this should be clarified as it brought quite a magnitude to the case.

the bug was the gambler's account will be credited $0.02 when they lose a bet. From what I understand it doesn't matter how much the bet is, as long as the bet it is a loss, a $0.02 will be credited to the gambler's account. that's why the OP said when he bets $2 he will lose $1.98 because the $0.02 will be credited to his account because of the bug. also, according to the OP, the bug only works if you are betting using BTC.

as for the Housebet.io claiming the OP is betting "risk-free", Housebet.io claimed on their ANN thread that the OP is betting with $0.01, so when OP's bet ends up losing, his account will be credited $0.02 because of the bug.

So in other words, no matter what the outcome of the bet OP played, he'll be credited with some BTC? To OP and to HousebetsIo, can you both confirm this?

Further, to HousebetsIo, if you can provide the screenshot of OP's betting history containing this allegation of cheating [suppose it didn't perceived as a breach of privacy and/or both you and OP are comfortable sharing it] it'll work good to completing our puzzle.

Nonetheless, if what's above is true, that OP played a game where he'll never lose funds, be it he got a losing or winning bet, then I think the best outcome for both party right now is for HouseBets to return OP's deposit [without the winning] and both of you take separate way. Sounds unfair for the platform, some might argue, but I'll say it's a well deserved path as OP indirectly point out a bug. While those who think it's unfair for the OP because OP gain some "honest" amount through his winning, well, OP cheated too, so the middle way is to remove everything altogether

Throughout all his posts on Bitcointalk, he has mentioned he has bet $1 spins (contrary to the evidence shown above) and not received his withdrawal. We have paid out over $600 in profit to him, and as you can see he has opened multiple accounts with our casino in an attempt to keep exploiting the bug.

His accusation is entirely unmerited. We pride ourselves on being on the leading edge of decentralized on-chain betting and fairness.

Throughout all his posts on Bitcointalk, he has mentioned he has bet $1 spins (contrary to the evidence shown above) and not received his withdrawal. We have paid out over $600 in profit to him, and as you can see he has opened multiple accounts with our casino in an attempt to keep exploiting the bug.

I've checked the "account registration" part of their ToS before, and from what I remember it only mentioned that one user can only have one account. nothing about one IP address can only have one account.

Yes, the screenshot of betting history drastically changed the narrative as apparently OP indeed did that risk-free betting, the way I perceived his situation at the beginning of the case. OP was online few good hours after CallMeJojo provided the screenshot and said nothing, I'll wait for couple of days to see if he has anything to say, and if he don't, I think this case is as good as solved.

That's what I tried to dig more [hence, the ellipsis], especially as the screenshot provided indicates there could be more accounts connected to the IP instead of just him and "his wife".

Appreciate your reply and also your quote facilitating the visibility of the images. Replying to your question, We have no problem with multiple accounts on the same IP, and are flexible with someone having multiple accounts if they notify us the reason (as blockchain is tricky re mobile and desktop) but not for abusing the system.

Returning to the allegations of Butternuts, we provided everything that proves OP was indeed exploiting the bug and was not happy when we were able to stop him. If you don't, I think this became quite clear to us that you tried to abuse the system and peer-pressuring housebets into giving up the confiscated funds. I'll consider this case closed and will take other case you might escalate in the future with grains of salt.

I doubt if he has any plausible defense in this regard.

OP was dishonest and manipulated the platform for his personal gain and as if that is not enough, he comes here to make false accusations. If anything, OP should have a red tag for his false claims and being a cheat.
