The website is not accessible anymore on my end. I was planning to make a deposit using the bonus sent by my personal manager but now the website is not accessible. I don’t know if this problem only persist with my IP but it’s odd that their website is not available anymore.

This means that there is contradiction between the explanation from the support and the written term, this kind of thing can be bad for the player because even if the support tell player that VPN is allowed but once there is writtern term then it will be easy for the casino to use the written term to act against player.
Once it is happened, players will have no power although the players can show the proof that the support allow players to use VPN.
Of course a good casino may try to investigate the case and if the support is the one who made the mistake then the players should not be the one to take the effect (blocked/banned).
However, when it comes to bad casino, high possibility that the casino will not care about it although the support is the one to be blamed due to wrong information.

They launched the announcement thread, run their signature campaign for a long time, not like one or two weeks but decided to leave, it's something changed their mind in their favorite marketing places and likely this forum was not their main concern.

With an update from efilatis, they shown signal to come back here, reply to the community questions or complains and the return will help their brand appearance on this forum as well as the brand reputation too. Disappear and be silent can give chances to some abusers to complain without any confirmation from the team that whether these complains are valid or invalid.
