I don't know if it's truly necessary for you to be paying that much money just so that somebody can see your provably fair system, much less to *use* it. In fact, I think it should be the other way around actually. You sell the system to any casino and you get the 5000 dollars.

How have you came to that $5000 valuation though? I guess that might be a question that potential clients might ask you.

Why not, the offer was basically for the businesses who are already in the casino industry, but I am open to discussions if he has ideas, he can send me a pm here or on telegram.

You are welcome but why do you exclusively consult with a Curacao lawyer? If it's impossible to get it patented in Curacao, you might try it in another country. Since Curacao is an autonomous country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, I'd try to reach lawyers from the Netherlands but take this advice of mine with a grain of salt.

By the way, I have a friend who is a product owner in Betsson and I asked him about your idea but he told me that Betsson is not interested in it. Betsson isn't a crypto casino but I tried my luck anyway.

He pays this much money to gain attention and show that his intentions are true and he is not some random time-waster. Btw it's not that he is going to gift them with 2500 or 5000 dollars, he is expecting large offers from big casinos.

Btw I seriously find it funny if any casino owner will really take that money from him.

These are real questions, and the only one who can answer them would be the owner who would be interested in this.
Although, it’s just common sense that the complexity involved in provably fair is a real problem for many users, and in some cases where it is badly implemented favors cheaters. By solving this problem my system would make players flee the cheaters and use a simpler form, with casinos who already weren’t cheating.

I don't have a good news yet for you but I am continuing my try. Hopefully something positive we can bring for you.

I got an appointment with a lawyer from Curaçao. We’ll see, if I can really patent it in Curaçao, I’ve hit the jackpot. I’ll ask her that question about what can I do if not possible.

I am going in the path of patenting this. The Dutch lawyers were much more encouraging than the French ones. I have deposited my paper on i-depot (boip.int) number 148286. So I don’t know if this thread is still relevant.
Once the patent application is filed, I think more people will be interested to take a free look now that they no longer have to commit to anything unless after seeing my system.

As a casino developer, i could review your provably fair engine if you agree with that.

What you are offering is something that casinos already have solved, if the site has a seed, and the user has a seed, then the game is provable fair, if you want the user to be able to use the same house and user seed, then add a secret seed, and a nonce. Simple as that.

If you want to talk with someone about your PF engine, I'm open to it.

The fact that not all casinos who promised probably fair system can actually give out the game harsh to gamblers to verify the probably faireness of the game and this is somewhat a case that have been on now for sometimes, although we have some casinos that can actually give the player whatever their need to verify the authecity of their game system.

What the ops is actually projecting is not all that new and for that only a few casinos may need his service and unless he want to give out his project till for other Forum members to try out to see how real it goes.

Alot is changing and not one have the time to implement something that is not new into the system, and it will be hard for an already made casinos team to reach out to him for the service.

It's hard to tell, atleast for me since knowing what you are asking about will require deep digging to the systems of casinos to find out whats happening in the algorithm system or whatever the backend of casinos are referred to as.

And let me also say that there are likely a lot of different types of provably fair systems, bigger casinos are likely to be utilizing a self built probably fair system or be utilizing that which comes with the game provider who's games is listed by the casino, BGaming (as you said) is a game provider,, but I have never played any of their games if I still remember correctly..

Only a trusted party in the management of a casino, or someone who have previously worked as a developer in or for a casino can really give you the answers that you seek.

All the data comes from the server side, the user can't modify any parameter, and that way the casino can decide if he want to send the user to a huge losing streak.

A fair game should let the user input a value on that string, that way the casino will not know the result of the bet before the start of the game.

If you don't understand anything about patents, then you can ask your lawyer everything and he will explain everything to you and how you can have it for yourself that it was registered in someone else's name. You just need to keep this thread and other old posts that you made on the internet talking about your idea and your lawyers show this in court, the court has experts who will analyze everything from your idea and the other person's, the data in which both made it public and more. But also take into consideration that lawyers cost money and these cases are long battles in court. When the guy loses, he can request it to another higher court and so on.

No man it is. The user can input anything between 0 and 36 in the game of roulette you’re referring to, and will modify the initial result that is supposed to be 2.
