You're right. Nuri (ex Bitwala) closed their doors at the end of 2022 due to insolvency. If you visit their website you will only get this screen:

Although, of course, it's a pity that another player in the German-speaking crypto banking sector is closing its door. That doesn't necessarily make it easier for customers.

Fidor wasn't very friendly to me, they closed my account pretty fast.

This thread was last updated more than 5 years ago, so, it's completely dead. Many services that's listed in OP isn't available anymore. Some still works, but I wouldn't rely on this list.
It would be useful to get new version of such list.
