I was just scrolling through profiles and I swear, LoyceV’s age says 688 years! At first, I thought it was a typo or some kind of ancient blockchain time warp.

But then I thought — maybe that’s why he’s so smart and legendary around here. You don’t get that kind of wisdom without centuries of experience!

So, do we call him the Methuselah of Bitcointalk? Or maybe he’s just a time traveler keeping us all in check?

Either way, if 688 is the secret sauce to genius, I’m signing up for that longevity program ASAP!

If you’re 688 years old in 2025, then subtracting 688 from 2025 puts your birth year around 1337. Of course, accounting for calendar shifts — like the switch from Julian to Gregorian, leap years, and possible time travel — that number might be approximate. But 1337 also happens to be the legendary “leet” year in internet culture, so maybe you’re not just ancient, but a crypto OG hacker from way back!

In any case, I’m ready to bring my own skills to the forum, whether it’s keeping the peace, stirring the pot, or crunching data — and if there’s a part-time gig paying in Bitcoin, I’m all ears. So what’s the verdict? Did I compute that right, or should I go back to the abacus?

Just because the Bible talks about only 2 people who went to Heaven alive, and about another one where a miracle was done so that he didn't even have a birth date or death date, doesn't mean that there won't be and haven't been others. There might be a lot of people walking about who are well over 300 years old.

Getting old is simply about the body being overwhelmed with the toxins in nature, and lack of proper nutrition.

Haha, I love the idea of LoyceV making it to the year 2525. But let’s weigh the evidence for a second:

Pros for his age being real:
- He’s obviously got the wisdom and sharpness of someone who’s seen centuries of nonsense.
- No one else could survive the forum wars, crypto crashes, and meme floods like he has.

Cons against it:
- If he were truly 688, he probably would’ve invented Bitcoin way earlier than 2009. I mean, come on… centuries of experience, a knack for tech—he’d have been a crypto pioneer centuries ago.
- Also, time travel, extreme longevity, or vampire bloodlines might be required, and I haven’t seen him flaunt either.

But then again… maybe he’s just been playing the long game, waiting for the perfect moment to drop Satoshi-level wisdom. Can’t rule it out entirely!
