PoS seems to be the fad lately. I like watching my Summercoin Wallet pos-ing and mining hundreds of coins without any hashes being thrown at it. However, I don't think it does much for the value of the coin.

Yes. We would do 100%, but we already have over %20 mined POW. We will be starting POS at %30, and shutting off POW at %50. There is not enough room to do %100, because that would put us at %100 mined, and then no POS afterwards . We do not want to change the market cap.
