I mostly go here and /r/bitcoin for news, and I use Bitcoinity to keep track of the price.

Apart from blockchain.info and bitcointalk, I check Coindesk daily for bitcoin and altcoin news, and play some bets on Primedice and some other gambling sites from time to time.

The list so far seems quite inwardly focused.

Is it fair to say that the actions involved are not dissimilar to an investor checking the prices and news about their stock? or a gambler placing and researching bets.
