One of the most important things to remember is that the person you are using to provide escrow
must be a highly trusted member of the community. There have been a number of people who have zero trade history on here and try to start an escrow service, these people should be avoided as they are likely scams.
Although it is somewhat outdated
this list is probably the best escrow list as it gives users a way to measure how much the community has trusted each escrow member.
Although Maidak is someone that I would consider to be trustworthy and he has offered his services to you and he is someone that much of the community considers to be trustworthy.
