How many times can a payout take to come with a low hashrate (~ 20kH/s) ?
Because all was good before saturday night but now, i can't have more payout but i've sent a lot of shares (65000 since sunday morning).

20kh/s is extremely low for p2pool. You might mine some shares on low new hashrate coins but in general you shouldn't use p2pool.. it will take ages. Sometimes you'll get lucky and get more, then you'll have to wait a long time before the following payout.
