I will advice you to buy because after the hard fork bitcoin is not going to fall. I have been following this market for quite sometime now and most times that price fall is always due to bad news against bitcoin and not a hardfork that Is in favor of the fork. Well for me as of the moment, this is not the best time to buy Bitcoin because it is too high and still keep on increasing day-by-day. Just wait a little bit to lower the price then buy if you think that is the best time to buy
