I don't think, it is the end of this ponzi. I believe the operator runs a few of this ponzi games and shifts the btc between them to ensure ability to pay (and earn fee).

But the really problem is that he have to pay in correct order otherwise no one will trust him anymore !!!

then in my situation every day tell me that I should be pay but never happen also if He have the found to complete the payment !!

He is still actively working to build the balance. No idea what that will mean though
