@lophie: Skip the current part and please respond properly. You are worsening this which can be solved easily. If cyclops said anything wrong, point it. This looks like you can't go forward with this deal, do it is better to refund cyclops.

I mean to answer, I just have errands to attend at the moment, I have a lengthy text to post that I am finalizing.

Will take me a while to climb up again, But where is a will, there is a way...

Fantastic, once you will repay him I'm sure all the negative trust will be removed (and /or it will be added a few neutral trust).

I'm sure you will do the right thing...

I would also like to point out that this guy took a loan a while back ago, I don't think he plans on repaying it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=992628.0

Where is the response you promised lophie?

fair? Whats not fair is not giving what he promised for and not giving valid points to counter this allegation. So, its clearly a scam and a sob story.

why dont you break down the payments that would make it easier? I just recently saw someone did this and the scammer ended up paying within 5 months.

lophie promised to repay in 48hours, as you can see he didn't. I don't think fractioning the payment would help unless he clearly shows intentions of refunding the scammed money.

No need for fractioning or anything. The guy is just saying the exchange is yet to accredit the transfer. Please give him a "business day" as these banking A-holes call it.

Why are you reffering to yourself as ''the guy'' You are just saying the same thing over and over again, ''i will pay later'' when later comes you say ''i will pay later'' anyways your trust is fucked up now i see it at -911 so good luck

15/05/2015 Update:

The owed money has been returned: https://btc.blockr.io/tx/info/762a2a1d5511769550614dcb1d914ea26ed29dd3b5fc7e83b16c35061d6b8899
But I will not remove my negative feedback from the user lophie, for the following reasons:
- His lack of interest on the matter, he has not tried to work things out but instead acted in an arrogant way.
- No response, explanation, was given even though he promised one. To this point I don't know why he did what he did.
- The payment has been received from another user "Sakarias-Corporation" who has showed more interest in resolving this matter than lophie (who has worked for him). As Sakarias has told me, the money comes from a pay that was due to lophie for his work. Almost all my communication regarding payment updates have gone through this user who I believe has better ways of contacting lophie than me.

I highly recommend that you do not trade with lophie, he has showed himself as an user who can't be trusted, the way this situation has been resolved is really sketchy. And as final recommendation, use Escrow.

Well, atleast you got your money. And as far as your decision goes to leave negative trust, you have every right to do so. Having to make scam accusation thread, and wait god knows how long
is a waste of time and money, and only prooves that lophie isnt someone you can trust. I am sure that there will be someone in the future that will be saved from same fate by that feedback.
You should probably lock this thread now.

cheers
