I believe that he was trying to post "WTB"; it wouldn't make sense if he were selling the accounts and he wanted people to PM him with prices.

It also seems that you are spamming craps here. If the account has a lot of posts, you can buy for example Sr. Member with negative trust, but with 1000 posts for 0.01 BTC and put your signature on. It will be advertised through hundreds of different thread and posts for just 0.01 BTC.
