Chargebacks are a very real threat; if you choose to chargeback the funds, then the gift will be reversed and the recipient's Steam account will be suspended. I would recommend against using this service just because the seller is not trustworthy enough to be dabbing in reversible methods. (I'm not trying to sales/thrash offend you, but I'm just saying that you should have a trust rating similar to master-P/monbux/etc. to be in the reversible method field.)
