sorry didn't intend to ignore you. I inquired again at the technical staff about the transaction but got no news, thus I couldn't write you anything. But you are right, I atleast should have responded to the ticket so you know you are not forgotten. Sorry for that, and I think it is time to bring out the whip for our technicians. That your transaction is stuck so long is unacceptable.

What is happening? - Mark Caruso now says that the issue is resolved and that withdrawals are now being processed but mine remains "In Progress"
Over 6 weeks now and no response to tickets.
I think it's safe to declare this exchange officially DED!
