IOTA Transaction Bitfenix -> IOTA desktop wallet. Did I got scammed by Bitfenix?

Hello,

I bought some IOTA and try to send it from Bitfinex to my desktop wallet but I never received it. On Bitfinex it says the transaction is completed.
However in my desktop wallet it says pending..Its more then a week ago.

These are my transaction links. I did got some help on the IOTA slack and some guy was telling me that Bitfinex sended my funds to my walled with a 0 balance adress and that's why the transaction never gets confirmed.. But WHY??? Are they scamming me?

What I already tried.

- I did try to reatangle the bundle
- I did try to rebroadcast
- I did try to log support ticket on Bitfinex NO ANSWER!!!
- I Try to contact them on Facebook NO ANSWER!!!
- I Mailed them still NO ANSWER!!!

All these contacts is from more then 4 days ago still no answer..


Does anyone have some advice?

Notice that a minute before I was able to send a small amount of IOTA to my wallet succesfully but my €500 in IOTA never came to my desktop wallet!

if bitfinex before hack is very trusted
after hack iam never trade in there

I have exact the same problem. I can see the transaction in my wallet but it says "pending" for 9h now...

Did you get some feedback by bitfinex in the meantime? How long did it take?

don't know if it was bitfinex or iota wallet problem, but when i logged in to bitfinex earlier today i got
yellow "failed draw attempt"-notification (or something similar) that disappeared right away, can't find anything from logs or reports...

 



edit:
failed login attempt, not a failed draw attempt.
notification went away so quickly i din't catch it properly, but i think i haven't missed passwords either...
