Best short term trading coin?

 Im wondering if somebody could help me choose which alt coin that is best for short term trading on cryptsy?

i would grab some prime at this price, or some quark. 
But it you are looking for lots of movement up and down then i like anon.

These are just my opinions and ones i am buying and selling. Having said that, i am not making great % on my bets so far
