Bter.com having issues?

Bter.com: sometimes it works just fine, and on occasion I get an xginx error page, like there's one server that's down but the rest are working fine.

Anyone else having this issue?

It's still pretty intermittent. Sometimes it'll go down for like 5 minutes straight, other times it'll be up for hours.

I couldn't access it through my internet for like 48 hours. but from my neighbors I could. so that really makes no sense.
