Copy/pasting the thread from the scam accusations:

I'm just going to post my report to the admins in here, which outlines the situation.

Once the 7 day ban wears off or once the admins undo the ban (whichever comes first), I'll post again from my original account if for any reason required by anybody.

In either case, we've got a picture book scam ICO here that should be tagged by DT as quickly as possible to mitigate damage.

Here's a link to his profile and thread history (obviously spamming his scam all over the forum with 9 threads about the same ripoff): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;threads;u=1383360;sa=showPosts

-------

Hello!

I was confronted by the user Tilbrook007 (profile;u=1383360) today and was just about to write up a scam report concerning his fraudulent ICO.

Unfortunately, just when I was ready to post, I got a message that I was banned from posting for 7 days as a result of said user reporting me for bogus reasons, claiming to want to tage legal action among other things.

In private messages he chained random legal lingo in an attempt to scare me into silence, although that failed miserably considering that no lawyer would ever talk the way he did. Since that didn't work this user has chosen to report me to you guys instead, which apparently worked due to my briefness in his fraudulent ICO thread (in which I very scarcely lined out obvious flags that pointed at another scam) and due to you admins simply being overwhelmed with requests on this forum.

Clear flags: Uses a free website (https://www.fluidledger.com/) with absolutely nothing tangible on it. Threatens users who point out the lack of integrity and the obvious red flags with "legal action" (which he has absolutely no basis for). Files false reports to the admins when threats fail to work.

Given the situation I hope that you can undo the ban so I can finish posting the scam report and have this person flagged by DT members as I have done with fraudulent projects in the past.

Best Regards.

What is the exact reason the forum gives you for your ban? I doubt your ban has anything to do with an ICO.
Within the last 35 minutes before your ban, you made 20 posts. In total, you made 103 posts today.

Let me quote some of the worthless posts you've been creating:
APPLES VS ORANGES
Orange juice >
Apples >
I know de wei
None. Don't want to change anything.

I'm pretty sure you've been banned for spamming, and I think you're very lucky to get away with just 7 days!

Ban evasion can get you a permanent ban though, and that's what you've been doing by posting outside of Meta.

I didn't know you could spam the off-topic section with on-topic posts.

If you actually checked my post history you'd see that I don't go offtopic (unless there's a conversation going on within a thread, such as is often the case on the WO) and that I frequently help others with fairly detailed information.
Given my activity it's easy to cherry pick and make me out as another mindless spamming dweeb, but when paying closer attention that would not only be an unfair, but also a highly disingenuous assessment.

But regardless, the said user (Tilbrook007) has reported me due to the reasons outlined in the OP.

I'm clearly not the only one who thinks that "FluidLedger" is a scam of an ICO either: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2792280.msg28561154#msg28561154

And given the (baseless) "legal" threats that I've received via PM by Tilbrook007 before he threatened to report me (which he then did whilst PMing me his report), it's pretty obvious that I got hit due to a combination of high forum activity and a scammer trying to weasle his way out of a DT tag.

How have I even attempted ban evasion "by posting outside of Meta"?
I have posted the scam accusation because I could not currently do so from my main account. And I'm pretty sure it's in the best interest of everyone that scams get flagged as soon as possible to keep the fresh blood that is pouring in on a daily basis safe. I really fail to see how a scam accusation has anything to do with "ban evasion"? It's not like I've posted anywhere else or done anything unjustified.

For reference, on this page you can see that I often have very lengthy and detailed discussions and debates: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=387921;sa=showPosts;start=140

And here are just some posts of me helping or trying to help people today alone:

I have also pointed out several scams and gotten multiple PMs or on-thread responses of people thanking me for pointing them out.

Not sure in what world I am lucky to get away with 7 days, but that's what surface level skimming does to perspectives I suppose. Especially when there's so many scammers and spammers all over the place.

I mean I do understand how that conclusion can be reached, by upon further digging it should be more than just apparent that it's entirely unjustified.

What makes you so sure about that? Bitcointalk doesn't ban people based on bogus reports or legal threats.

I think you just answered your own question. There's nothing new in ICOs scamming, they're literally only created for earning quick money.

I mean I do understand how that conclusion can be reached, by upon further digging it should be more than just apparent that it's entirely unjustified.
You can't "compensate" bad posts with good posts. That has nothing to do with "surface level skimming", bad posts are bad posts. I do agree not all your posts are bad, and you're not the typical spammer either, but overall you have enough bad posts to take your post quality down a lot.
Your adversary might have used your bad posts against you to get you banned.
