On the 12th of August I made a deposit of 6.25 etherum to Mbit casino.

This was my first deposit and I saw I had received a bonus, which I canceled before I started playing. (See attachment)

That evening, 12th August, I won 6.25 Etherum and wanted to take out a total of 12.5 Etherum. When I attempted to withdraw, I was informed by customer service to submit the necessary documents in order for them to process the withdrawal.

I submitted the requested documents and cancelled my withdraw, to play a little more at their Casino, I stopped playing when my balance reached 25 Etherum.

I do not know if it is relevant, but I only played live blackjack, no slots and no odds playing.
The day after my winnings, I get an email from Mbit casino ( see attachment)

I have never used any bonus from Mbit casino, nor do I have more accounts as they write and I just want to get the money I won honestly. I have gotten my initial deposit back, but not any of my winnings.

I have requested documentation regarding the use of bonuses and multiple accounts without obtaining any proof of this.

All help is very appreciated.

This site has been reported as scam many times here in the forum:

They say you have another account and no further replies regarding the investigation will be made, but I saw this case, he mentioned that he has another account and the problem was solved:

It is a typical scam tactic to give the deposit back in the hope the dumb victim will give up!

You will not get your remaining Ethereum with a free ride, but if you use our assistance you will likely get it. Smiley

This victim was clever enough to submit his issue to Game Protect
