It depends a lot on which market you are trading. Different  market conditions require different strategies.
I was practicing also with small amounts at the start but took me long to figure out how to trade profitably
long term and still learning. Would be nice to hear what are your impressions after a year ....

with daily baiting unnecessary time is almost none, Because it is always possible to control the market. But this is only when you are working under the influence of excitement.
