Why is most ICO creator from India

You could think that most projects are actually outsourcing the works to India because of the country's ready available workforce (population) and that could be the reason why it appears that way

I just started bounty hunting and I notice many of ICO creator and/or ICO team member from India. I wonder why? No discrimination meant here, just wondering why.

I do not really know about how the industry in india works but those people who are living in there are smart enough to create wonderful technologies and most of the i.t. companies are hiring indians because they are all smart enough to finish their job quickly.

I have not seen any Indian undertaking. With respect to russians and asians that is the thing that I see for the most part. I wager it would be considerably more ICO ventures situated in USA if America would change governmental issues with respect to ICOs

experts from India are some of the best in the IT industry. this has already been proven many times, Indian programmers are in demand all over the world

I dont think its in india,most of the ICOs are originating from russian nations, the majority of the trick ICOs are russian based provinces however theres no uncertainty a ton of indian individuals are into cryptographic forms of money in light of the fact that the innovation in india is awesome and a large portion of the new people from colleges are getting innovation based courses,information innovation and designing that is the reason the vast majority of them are into this field.

This is not quite true.  Yes, in India there are many people who create ICO, and those who work on them.  But if you are not focused on this country, you will see that other countries are also working in this direction.  We are waiting for all good, successful projects.  India is a huge country with a very large population, and we see them more often.

In fact, India has a lot of blockchain employees, so it will certainly be seen by us. But what exactly are you talking about? I think India's ICO is not very common, I think Russia and China are more....

Well, it's your opinion so I respect it. But according to what I've noticed, ICO's team is usually composed of people coming from the European and Western countries. Well, this is not a constant happening so maybe I'm wrong too .

Anyway, it's no surprising that there are Indians in the devs team of a particular ICO. Indians are good in programming as well as engineering, no doubt about it. The problem is they are just underrated by other countries because they came from the Third World and may also because of their weird culture/way of life.

I may be wrong but as I know the reason that there are so many programmers in India is that there was a time when America decided to find more work force(programmers can work remotely) so many companies started to teach programmers there because their salary is not as high as American ones and it is more profitable

everyone from the different world has its own ideas and abilities in crypto. like from different countries is not a problem because each person has their own abilities and backgrounds. but Russia dominated the majority probably some position in team ICO and it is also a great achievement.

I think more than nationality, ability matters in such specifically qualified fields, so maybe therein lies the answer you seek.
SciDex is creating a new contract that will be readable by human and machine, will be on the blockchain and can be used by normal businesses. And they are doing an ICO soon.

In India, people are very enterprising. Now ICO is a chance to earn capital. If the project never earns them for it nothing will be, there is no control. I bypass all projects from this country.

I think European (maybe Eastern Europe) is the most ICO creator but in their team you will always find Asians face (China, Indian, etc).

I think this is a good trend, which means that many ICO teams are international. I find that usually a real ICO project team has people from India, China, Russia.
Perhaps these countries will have an advantage in the future blockchain competition because they have accumulated a large number of professionals.

Because I am sure that Indians are smart, they can still enter the top development teams from various ICOs.
Also India is full of residents and they certainly have the opportunity to enter the ranks of the ICO Developer Team.
