Not all of them act like this, it depends on personality of the managers/group of managers. This shit happens and even projects are running away with bounty pools making bounty managers donkeys

Haven't taken a part in a bounty where this is a thing. I think when you choose bounties what are run by well-known bounty managers, you don't really have this problem. Don't see any good reasons to do so, a participants privacy maybe.

The practice of bounty managers hiding their spreadsheet from participants is becoming rampant. They hide their spreadsheet and pay bounty hunters penny, which I think is a lack of integrity and it is totally uncalled for.
I have participated in like 3 bounties in the past where managers refuse to make the spreadsheet available to hunters. They all paid ridiculous amount. I got tokens worth $18 for 3 contents that I created. I believe this is exploitation and it have to stop.

Whenever you see a bounty campaign that has hidden spreadsheets then you should always make sure that you are avoiding such a campaign because that means nothing but trouble. People need to see what they are doing and people need to see their stakes because if there is no evidence for people to calculate their stakes then they will not know how much they are due

It is not the duty of bounty managers to pay bounty hunters but rather the team members, I know bounty managers sometimes hide spreadsheet to make some updates on the spreadsheet, but if they hide it for too long, it turns out to be suspicious.
