The practice of bounty managers hiding their spreadsheet from participants is becoming rampant. They hide their spreadsheet and pay bounty hunters penny, which I think is a lack of integrity and it is totally uncalled for.
I have participated in like 3 bounties in the past where managers refuse to make the spreadsheet available to hunters. They all paid ridiculous amount. I got tokens worth $18 for 3 contents that I created. I believe this is exploitation and it have to stop.

I also have participated in a bounty that was recently concluded and paid. The spreadsheet was locked bounty hunters did not know the stakes allocated to them but payment was made.

I also do feel the same when we think that we really get inappropriate rewards for all our works. mostly when the bounty manager cheats us. But, we must know is there any reasons why the BM decide the rewards or not. There are also still some good BM that always give the good reward amount. I think it depends on the BM itself. Just be patient and keep moving by studying which BM is good to participate.

I think that this is connected with personal motives, so that you do not see the counting methods used by bounty managers, you do understand that there are likely to be programs or scripts that do this, I think that this is so.

Well forgive me for being skeptical but I expect they're sending the rewards to their own alt accounts lol, probably why a lot of bounty managers don't charge very much.

Such cases happen with participation in bounty campaigns, and I also think that this is unfair and wrong. We can try it but not the fact that it can be provided to us in the end, since everything depends on the manager. We need to bypass these managers.

I think you are right, that is exploitation.  Sometimes I think they underestimate all the bounty hunters.  They think if you do bounty, you are a "third countries" people's who are cheap labour and could live with a dollar a day.  Not only exploitation, I see a lot of insulting to the bounty hunters.

Many of the project managers I had been able to have dealings with during the course of my bounty campaigns participation had showed a high level of integrity and sincerity, however some of them recently had exhibited some unscrupulous behavior in dealing with bounty hunters, the idea of hiding spreadsheets is unexplained and unnecessary.

As long as the bounty manager can finally calculate the stakes correctly, I think the process is negligible. After all, the decision is in the hands of the manager. For
bounty participants, they only need to follow the rules and complete the tasks on time. I don't care how the stakes are calculated.

If the bounty manager is a member of Bitcointalk, I believe the participants of such bounty are free to give the bounty manager a negative trust and/or report him to the moderators. This way, the erring bounty manager is blacklisted from further campaigns.

This is a little rare to me because I have not experienced it once ever
Naturally spreadsheet are hidden to enhance stakes calculations and tokens allocation

It’s best to inform us of the bounty managers that practice such
So we can be vigilant and watch out

I did not encounter this type of problem so far but when i, i will tell the those higher ups that this man is not distribute the bounty pays even the project pays done. As a bounty hunter it's our duty to know when will this manager will distribute, we need to know even the calculation they did. Bounty managers should be transparency and show how they've done it.

It depends on the bounty managers some of them were calculating the stakes in the right way and some of the inexperienced manager or the one who running their campaign on their own will do fraudulents so you are working on your own risk they never asked you to join in that campaign so next time check the reputation of the campaign manager before joining on that bounty.

I think it's pointless to rebel against it. Just because there are a lot of bounty hunters who will not support you.

Yes. Some bounty manager cheat hunter tokens reward by making alt accounts and fake accounts. We should request team of your project about this

Not all bounty managers like that. Maybe if there are those who like they are afraid of being seen to be incompatible with the data and not evenly divided, so many bounty managers do that.

I don't know much about the bounty campaigns but the managers like yahoo and the other well known managers will keep the spreadsheet in public so anyone can find any frauds easily if someone hiding them then I don't suggest you to join there because maybe they are enrolling their alts into that campaign so they don't want to reveal it publically.

I can't speak for individuals but my assumption would be it's for their own greed in some ways. They can perhaps alter the payments in some way to be distributed to their own accounts or if they manage it themselves then it's even easier to be done. Alternatively it could just be that they messed up or even that the people who hired them are behind it.
