In my view, of course the ICO still has the opportunity to find investors and benefit from ICo. However, the belief of people at ICO is certainly now reduced. With a lot of scam ICO, investors no longer invest in unclear projects. In the future, I am sure that ICO can rise from this situation.

ICOs act as fundraisers of sorts; a company looking to create a new coin, app, or service launches an ICO. Next, interested investors buy in to the offering, either with fiat currency or with preexisting digital tokens like ether. In exchange for their support, investors receive a new cryptocurrency token specific to the ICO. Investors hope that the token will perform exceptionally well into the future, providing them with a stellar return on investment. The company holding the ICO uses the investor funds as a means of furthering its goals, launching its product, or starting its digital currency. ICOs are used by startups to bypass the rigorous and regulated capital-raising process required by venture capitalists or banks. So definitely there's still opportunities for ico.

I believe that many ICOs are now at the stage of waiting for the growth of the market in order to start up on the rise of the crypto market. Because in a falling market, investors are afraid to invest, and the amount collected during the ICO, which is going to cryptocurrency, loses its price in dollar terms, and if it was planned to collect a certain amount, after the next price drop, this amount may decrease and there will not be enough money for project development. Therefore, with the beginning of the bullish trend, we will see a revival among ICO projects.
