Because i still don't know the forum rules, i would really appreciate if someone could help me out where i can read them.
Also i would like to ask where is the best place to start my betting sales like accounts and services?

In addition above, the forum rules were in here to avoid possible mistakes that could be punishable by the MODs.  Read it before you will start posting here in the forum.

If you are selling accounts, you can post it here in this section.  Marketplace.  BUT, remember this forum rule of account selling.

Selling invites is allowed, but there are some restrictions in order to prevent people from selling accounts and invites obtained through hacking. In order to sell invites or accounts to invite-only sites, you must:
- Have some history here, with more history being required for trades of invites/accounts in bulk. Or,
- Have substantial history on reputable invite trading forums such as torrentinvites.org which prohibit selling hacked accounts. Or,
- Be vouched for by someone from one of the above two categories.

Anyway, welcome to the forum.  Just another advice if you want to remove some newbies restriction, you can purchase a Copper Membership account for your business.

No, it's not forum money. It is a form of appreciation for your post. When someone merits your post, it's like the point that someone likes and appreciated your post. And it's also a requirement for you to rank up.

Merit help you to rank up and being able to post images (for your betting announcement thread). If you don't want to be restricted when you have not yet ranked up to Member rank, you can surpass the restriction with Copper membership and see the topic Newbies can now pay a small fee to enable images

Once you have it, you get the choice:
