I’m surprised to now that they have open scam accusation here after reading their PM on telegram about my feedback. They become silent when I brought up the Bitcointalk subject that needs support attention so I guess they are not interested anymore to deal with issue here.

The whole situation is bizarre if you ask me. They effectively advertised their site within this forum for several months and I was one of the members who helped them in this area through their signature campaign.

Why the heck did they even bother with all of this if they didn't care about their reputation within this forum in the first place? Sudden management change could be the answer.

Well, promote to get customers and then scam when the time is convenient, that's the reason to promote here.
It's not the first time this is happening and certainly not the last time unfortunately!

Maybe they will settle the stuff, other places also were able to clean up their bad reputation. But most of the times that doesn't happen.

This is true, casinos should prevent this from happening as curing the reputation takes time and might result to losing loyal and potential gamblers. With the amount of money they can possibly make with a good reputation, they cannot neglect the scam accusations that will eventually destroy the business. In the competition, the main basis is the reputation, once you have that, everything will follow.

The thing is, regardless on how much the casino spent on their promotion but if they are unable to take care of their reputation, it will still end up to be worthless and just a waste of money. The forum is big with huge marketing potential, and since they started here,  I hope they'll keep their reputation clean by responding to the scam accusation and solve them if it has a solid basis.

I just decided to stop playing here after multiple scam accusation that is not resolved properly and also the support stop visiting in the forum anymore which means playing on this casino will pure trust with the casino since our voice hear will not be heard.

I still play on very occasional cases but using normal size bankroll that I can afford to lose even if they hold it. I believe playing on this casino needs to be done with caution since there’s a lot of unanswered issue but personally I don’t have issue with them so far since my personal manager supports me properly most of the time.

That's the thing. They haven't been confirmed as a 100% scam site or anything. I used to play here now and then too and never faced any issues. It's just that their sudden exit from this forum(Temporary or Permanent) left many people perplexed.

They won't go far thanks to the rising accusations against them within this forum.

To be called a scam casino doesn't mean they'll scam every gambler. even 1xbit who are being tagged as a scam casino in the forum stil have a lot of supporters that would say they are not scam. I guess representative, an active one is really important to maintain their announcement thread, otherwise, competitors can easily create a way to destroy them, anyway that's another side of the story, I just thought of that as I believe it's possible to happen.

They won't go far thanks to the rising accusations against them within this forum.

If they are not active here they might not see this, but if they'll notice it if their revenue will slowly decline as for sure they'll investigate on the possible  reasons.

If it is real that coins.game is still doing good on the site then it is a good news but it is questionable why they decided to leave this forum while they were actively promoting their site without issues here.
This forum may give big impact to their business if there are many unanswered/unresolved complaints against them.

That's the question that needed to ask and maybe its best to continue their communication in this forum while there are existing allegations posted so that they can clear up their names and these people discussing about what those affected person will get a clarification of those issues also on their ongoing solving the issue of the people so the doubts of people in this forum will be eliminated.

But I guess if they are taking care of the issue then I guess they are doing it silently and maybe that indicate that they don't need the opinion of people since they can attain on their issue without creating any huge noise in this community. But still let see then if there are people would post some statement that their issue has been taking care of or still not. But if we talk about 1xbit that casino is obviously a casino and it seems that there's no chance for them to became a better one.
