BNbitcoin has achieved 100% uptime since its deployment on the BNBChain, surpassing Bitcoin. Bitcoin Maxis are reluctant to acknowledge that Bitcoin experienced two significant halts: the first on August 15, 2010, and the second on March 10, 2013 (Bitcoinuptime.com).

Exploits – BNbitcoin vs Bitcoin 
BNbitcoin has also outperformed Bitcoin in terms of security, as its contract is locked since deployment on the BNBChain. No modifications can be made to the BNbitcoin smart contract. Bitcoin Maxis do not want to admit that Bitcoin has been exploited twice. The first exploit occurred on August 15, 2010, due to the CVE-2010–5139 bug, which led to the minting of 184 billion BTC. Finally, there is a white-hat bug bounty of $100,000 for anyone who can halt the BNbitcoin smart contract for 24 hours.

If BNBTC’s mining were to stop by the miners’ decision, there would be no security issues because the underlying BNB Chain network would continue to provide a very robust shield. In fact, this is also an advantage from both an environmental and security standpoint.

The nearly four years that have passed have allowed many people to clarify their thoughts about BNBTC. Time has been an impartial judge that has revealed the true nature and founding principles of the project, which is still a niche endeavor, still in its early stages.
