I think I still have a wallet file somewhere with some value of this coin. Now is worth less than 1 satoshi  as far as I remember, he went under when he appeared in the Yobit scam investment scheme.

Oh, I admire so much enthusiasm and that someone has so much free time to deal with this coin. 
As far as I remember, TOKC was functional and even had a solid group of supporters until it went out in the Yobit scam investment program. Probably the biggest holders made a perfidious exit scam and thus withdrew money unnoticed and left this coin.
